So, for those of you who have known me, and known me well, for a long time, will know that I have long had problems with depression and anxiety.
Well, I've recently been referred to therapists who can help.
I can say, I'm already feeling much better in myself.
I'm feeling more happy with myself, as a person, and I'm getting better at not basing my own self-worth on other people's praise.
So, uhm... To those of you who I ever called friends, and who cared about me, even a little. Thanks for keeping me going.
